1. Это, пожалуй, самая распространенная версия. В переводе с тюркского Атрачи означает "деревня на бугре". Наше село действительно расположено на бугре. Однако никакого подтверждения данной версии я в интернете не нашел.
2. Деревню так назвали по названию озера, возле которого находится деревня. Почему озеро так называли не известно...
3. Есть такое татарское мужское имя Атрач. Что оно означает я не знаю. Вполне возможно когда-то в старые времена где-то в округе произошло какое-то событие связанное с каким-то мужчиной по имени Атрач.
В нашей истории (истории Сибири) очень много белых пятен.
Кстати, изначально было 2 деревни Малые Атрачи и Большие Атрачи. Они были друг от друга на расстоянии 1 километр. И обе деревни находились на возвышенности.
